New chocolate festival coming to former Cadbury’s factory

By Bristol24/7  Tuesday Mar 6, 2018

A new one-day chocolate festival takes place on Easter Saturday on the site of Cadbury’s former factory in Keynsham.

Bristol businesses attending the festival at the aptly-named The Chocolate Quarter include Zara’s Chocolates of North Street, Mrs Potts Chocolate House of Park Street (pictured above), as well as Ooh! Chocolata of Nailsea and The Chocolate Tart of Congresbury.

Park Street’s Pinkmans Bakery will have a special chocolate-themed doughnut stall and there will be family activities running throughout the day.

The Chocolate Quarter’s pottery studio will be hosting a variety of themed painting and pottery workshops, and B Block pizzeria and Somer restaurant will both be open.

The festival takes place on Saturday, March 31 from 10am to 4pm. For more information, visit www.thechocolatequarter.org.uk/easter-events
