21 new food and drink openings to look forward to in Bristol
Scarcely a week has gone by in the last few years without at least one new opening in Bristol, although recent months have also seen the closure of high-profile names including Jamie’s Italian, Byron and Spuntino.
Opportunity always beckons, however, and into Spuntino’s former home at Cargo 2 in June will be appearing Gambas (whose paella served at Sunday’s Cotham Hill street party is pictured above), a new tapas bar from the team behind Bravas.
One of the most exciting new openings to look forward to is a development kitchen from Casamia, due to open at Finzels Reach alongside a new brewpub and brewery from Left Handed Giant.
