Bravas opens for lunchtime bocadillos
Bravas is launching a lunchtime menu for the first time this month.
While the new menu at the popular Cotham Hill restaurant will include tapas, it will centre around bocadillos.
Its Spanish-style sandwiches will be served in fresh ciabattas, with a selection of cured meats, cheeses, piquillo peppers and olives.
is needed now More than ever
Bravas, which opened in 2012 and is run by husband and wife team Kieran and Imogen Waite, is inspired by frequent visits to Spain.
“We first discovered these Spanish style sandwiches sitting in the sun at pavement tables, feasting on soft bread stuffed with manchego cheese, jamon, and oozing with olive oil,” says Imogen.
“We loved them so much we decided to bring them home with us.”
During July, Bravas are offering half price bocadillos to publicise their new opening hours. The restaurant now opens at 11.30am from Tuesday to Saturday.
