Bristol ice cream parlour launches gelato chocolates
After years of research, a popular Bristol ice cream parlour has launched its own range of gelato chocolates.
The cioccolatini gelato at Swoon on College Green and they are named after the children in the family-run business.
Gabriella features salted caramel gelato and salted caramel sauce; Giuseppe hazelnut gelato with hazelnut pieces; Giuliana white chocolate with mascarpone gelato and raspberry coulis; and Michele dark chocolate, pistachio sorbetto and pistachio pesto.

Swoon co-founder Bruno Forte said: “We are really excited to reveal the chocolates which have been years in the making.
“You may think it is easy putting gelato inside chocolate, but expert Gelatiere Stefano spent long hours researching, experimenting and developing the product.
“Now that the chocolates both look and taste gorgeous, we hope you will love them as much as we do.”
