For the second year in a row, Root has been nominated at the British Restaurant Awards for the Best Vegan-Friendly restaurant.
The vegetable-focused restaurant first opened in 2017 in Wapping Wharf, championing local suppliers and producers, and now has a sister restaurant in Wells.
The small plates eatery holds a ‘more veg, less meat’ vision and creates forward thinking, modern dishes allowing diners to taste vegetables in a new and inventive way.
