Bristol’s first ever retro crisp pop-up

By Bristol24/7  Thursday Aug 10, 2017

“So Bristol.” “Peak hipster.” We’ll get the comments out of the way first. And now, here is the news:

Bristol’s first ever retro crisp pop-up is being held next month. The event will be a two-hour bottomless buffet of more than 30 types of crisps.

Organisers Foozie promise everything from Chip Sticks to Wheat Crunchies, Quarterbacks to Tangy Toms and French Fries to Roysters.

They will also provide a huge selection of dips and sauces as well as plenty of white and brown bread to create the ultimate crisp sandwich.

A competition will be held for the best crisp sandwich creation of the day, and a 90s theme will extend to the drinks which will even include Um Bongo cocktails.

Tickets to the retro crisp pop-up at The Kitchen on Silver Street on September 6 cost £10. For tickets and more information, visit www.foozie.co.uk/event/retro-crisp-pop/
