Bristol’s first frozen cocktail takeaway service
A city centre bar has begun Bristol’s first frozen cocktail takeaway service.
Brozen Bar is now once again making drinks including Passion on Ice (passionfruit margarita), Dark & Sleety and Breakfast of Champions which features butter bourbon, white chocolate, Seville marmalade and a gelato base.
But now rather than drinking the cocktails in their bar on St Nicholas Street, customers can take them away to enjoy at home.
is needed now More than ever
Each cocktail is frozen with liquid nitrogen and flash-chilled before collection to get it home in the best condition.
Customers order online and come and collect from the bar. Each tub of frozen cocktail costs £16.50 and contains enough for three servings.

Brozen was founded by twin brothers Ben and Joe, who set up their first stall selling liquid nitrogen ice cream in St Nick’s Market.
After experimenting and adding gin to one of their homemade lemon sorbets, the frozen G&T was born and in December 2017 the brothers opened Brozen Bar.
Ben and Joe said: “With Brozen for Home our aim is to continue to delight customers by bringing our cutting edge frozen cocktail experience to their homes.
They added: “We are working hard to innovate and develop our offering with the same style, technique and attention to detail that we bring to our bar experience.”
