Bristol’s first regular mac ‘n’ cheese night launches

Lovers of pasta and cheese are in for a treat as The Urban Standard on Gloucester Road launch a regular Mac ‘n’ Cheese night every Wednesday evening, starting next week.

Having offered a signature dirty mac ‘n’ cheese on the menu since the bar and kitchen opened in 2014, the team have now branched out.

The menu on these special Wednesday nights promises mac ‘n’ cheese dishes like you’ve never eaten before, with an adventurous menu by head chef Jasper including beef and blue cheese, chimichurri sweet potato and shrimp.

Even mac ‘n’ cheese burgers will be on the menu.

A launch party will be held on Wednesday, September 20 from 7.30pm, showcasing the new menu alongside spirits, cocktails and music, and some seriously cheesy puns.
