Burger Theory founders Nick Makin and Rory Perriment said: “The new venture gives us a great opportunity to broaden our audience and feed more happy customers.
“Constantly striving to bring top-quality food to the masses, Burger Theory’s new digs among the hustle and bustle of Lane7’s vibrant setting seems only fitting!”
Nick and Rory, who recently opened Om Burger on Stokes Croft, will also be taking on the second pop-up kitchen within Lane7.
They said: “We are currently working on an exciting new brand to fill the space and look forward to being able to announce this new concept.
“The only hint we will give at this time is that it won’t be burgers and it will be some of the food that we love to cook for fun at home.”
