Cricket fans will be bowled over by new cafe
Many of Bristol’s cultural venues now have all-day cafes within their venues, meaning that you can visit the likes of the Bristol Beacon, Old Vic and St George’s even when not heading there for a gig or theatre show.
On the sporting scene, Ashton Gate already has a cafe within its stadium.
And now the Seat Unique Stadium (formerly the County Ground) has raised the stakes with Gloucestershire Cricket‘s new cafe offering an unrivalled view of the cricket pitch.

The Thatchers Cafe is now open from 8.15am to 4pm from Monday to Friday on non-matchdays, and will be open in-line with ground opening hours on match days.
Coffee is roasted by Clifton Coffee in Avonmouth, with food options including sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes.
And of course, there is a bar with a certain cider on tap.
