By Charlie Watts  Saturday Oct 14, 2023

Dozens queued for the opening of a new Miss Millie’s in Bristol on Saturday morning.

The branch on St Augustine’s Parade is the chicken shop’s first new city centre store for more than 30 years.

The opening event is tied in with a collaboration with the game Honkai: Star Rail, where customers can buy an ‘Astral Express Megabite’ meal which comes with merchandise.

The new store, which is located in the former Quigleys, will be operated by the same franchisee who currently operates Miss Millie’s in Staple Hill.

The company was founded by Harry Latham and his daughters in 1988 before being sold to new owners in 2019 and since expanding outside the South West.
