Draught cocktails on tap at new bar
A nitrogen-powered espresso martini will be just one of the draught cocktails available at a new bar in Bristol.
Having moved to larger premises, the Aperitivo Co. are transforming their former production space into a bar and tap room.
Their draught cocktail system will also see the company’s own Venice Spritz on draught, as well as seasonal vermouth cocktails.

Located on Colston Street opposite Foster’s Almshouses, the building was a costume shop for many years and has also been Le Poivrot and Downtown Taqueria.
Since the Aperitivo Co’s founding in 2020, it has been a production site, HQ, event space, meeting room, training centre, R&D location “and everything in between” but is now almost ready to welcome back customers through the door.
The new Apetitivo Co. bar is due to open on Friday, with opening times after that being Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.
“The drinks menu at our tap room will be, as you’d expect, full of our liquids,” say the team.
“That said we’ll be sourcing drinks outside of our spectrum of products from the plethora of excellent producers in and around Bristol.”
Keller Pils from Lost & Grounded will be on tap, as well as regularly changing beers in the fridge beginning with Bristol Beer Factory and Wiper & True, as well as “a solid non-alcoholic offering” including Clear Head from Bristol Beer Factory.
