Fish, chips and cocktails overlooking the docks
Harbour Hub is opening in June serving coffee and croissants each morning, fish and chips for lunch, and drinks in the evenings.
It’s a new collaborative venture from Rock Salt on Cotham Hill and Dhamaka on Corn Street in a corner of Bristol that tends to be very busy at weekends, especially during the summer, but very quiet during weekdays and in the colder months.
The kitchen and bar will initially be open seven days a week from 8.30am, closing at 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 10.30pm on Friday and Saturday, with an outside seating area for up to 60 people.

Harbour Hub is due to open on June 8 in the Harbour Inlet in what was previously Spoke & Stringer, who will keep their smaller deli and shop next door.
Joint operations manager Ben Salgueno said that he has designed cocktails “to reflect the simplicity and elegance of the venue”.
As well as fish and chips, there but will also be light bites including humous and flatbread, chicken Caesar salad, and loaded fries.
“We are very excited to be opening a bar and kitchen in such an iconic Bristol location as we come into the summer season,” added Ed Sargent.
“If sipping frozen pina coladas or chilled local wine next to the water as the sun goes down is your vibe then I’ll see you this summer!”
