Friska win prestigious national award
Bristol’s rich vein of form in the Observer Food Monthly Awards has continued with Friska being named Best Ethical Restaurant.
It follows Poco taking home the same award last year, which in 2011 was won by The Ethicurean in Wrington.
Since first opening on Victoria Street in 2011, Friska has rolled out their fresh fast food concept to four locations across Bristol, with other cafes within Rise record store on Queen’s Road, Bristol & Bath Science Park in Emersons Green and Bath Road in Brislington.
