Harbourside Market to return

By Lowie Trevena  Thursday Jun 11, 2020

The Harbourside Market is returning on Saturday for the first time since March.

Buoy Events, who run the market, announced the temporary pause to all their markets on March 17.

Now, Buoy Events is bringing back the food section of the Harbourside Market on Saturday, June 13, from 11am to 4pm.

“To keep everyone safe, we’ll be following government guidelines,” says the team at Buoy Events. “So, for now, that means it’s takeaway and card payments only, and there’ll be fewer stalls – though, choosing will be just as tough.”

The market’s first lineup since lockdown begun includes Good Food & Co, Alp Mac, Dawson’s Bakery and Wood Chop Pizza.

Get Indian, Asian, Persian and African-inspired street food from Good Food & Co, grilled mac and cheese from Alp Mac, freshly baked goods from Dawson’s and traditional Neapolitan pizza from Wood Chop.

Buoy Events add: “Stay safe folks and we look forward to seeing you on the quay.”
