Why let the Americans have all the fun? On the 4th of July, Bristol will be coming together for a celebration of Independents Day. It’s not a spelling mistake. We want to celebrate the very best of the amazing independent coffee shops, cafes and lunch spots dotted across the city. What better way to celebrate than to dine out on their wonderful produce in sunny Castle Park?

The giant picnic basket will be filled with independently made cakes, local goodies and sweet-tooth delights – in case you needed a bit more persuasion to come along.
