More burgers for Bristol
With restaurants across London, one recently opened in Reading and a pop-up last year outside Moor Beer’s tap room, it was only a matter of time before the arrival of Honest Burgers in Bristol.
That time has now come, with the growing chain with a reputation for using only the best British produce due to open later this year on Clare Street in the Old City.
Before the opening, Honest Burgers will host another pop-up at a brewery, launching their new collaboration pale ale with Good Chemistry and their Bristol special – what they describe as “essentially poutine in a burger” featuring two cheeses from Westcombe Dairy, and bacon and cider gravy made with Pilton cider.
is needed now More than ever
A collaboration gin with Psychopomp will use the aromatics from Honest Burger’s pickles.
Founded in Brixton in 2011, Honest Burgers now have 23 restaurants in London, with sites also in Cambridge and Reading.
Their Bristol restaurant is due to open in June. All burgers include chips in their price, with the standard beef burger under £10.
