New bakery from Michelin-star team
Originally due to be a bakery, cafe, bar and restaurant, The 3rd has opened during the coronavirus outbreak as solely a takeaway bakery, making and selling its wares from the former Pi Shop in Redcliffe.
From the same team behind the Michelin-starred Casamia and Paco Tapas, The 3rd will be selling its bread and pastries this week from Wednesday to Saturday, from 9am to midday.

On Saturday morning, there were sourdough loaves and croissants, caneles, pains au chocolats and mini kouign-amanns.
It comes as Casamia and Paco Tapas on either side of The 3rd both remain closed but are selling food parcels with items including fresh pasta, eggs, butter, fish, jam and cake.
