New beginnings for Chomp as it becomes Bristol Distilling Co. Bar & Diner
From Saturday evening, Chomp on St Nicholas Street is becoming Bristol Distilling Co. Bar & Diner.
It’s a rebrand for the burger and steak restaurant which began life as a food truck, and will remain as a food truck at sister business Bristol Distilling Co‘s distillery and tap room in Bedminster.
No longer taking reservations, the new restaurant in the Old City promises the “same brilliant burgers, now with a load of new exciting cocktails to go with them”.
is needed now More than ever
Chomp and Bristol Distilling Co. founder Jake Black said: “We’ve decided to bring Chomp fully under the BDCo banner and will be reopening St Nicholas St as Bristol Distilling Co. Bar & Diner.
“The idea is that it will be a very similar offer to the tap room at the distillery with a big focus on great cocktails. Chomp lives on of course in the kitchen and in the trailer at the distillery.”
