“Meat Box is all about ethically sourced meat that’s traceable and damn tasty to boot,” said Hasell, also part of Eat Drink Bristol Fashion and Valley Fest, which he hosts on his farm overlooking Chew Valley Lake.

“Meat Box is just that: a small but perfectly formed butchers in a box.”

Hasell and his team promise to source the best pasture-fed, outdoor reared and organic meat alongside charcuterie and hams from some of Bristol and Somerset’s finest suppliers, with customers able to choose their cuts from the cold store which has a window to Wapping Wharf.
