New dessert bar for College Green
Part of the ground floor and basement of a former bank in the city centre is due to be turned into Bristol’s newest dessert parlour.
The London Desserts Company has been granted permission to transform the former HSBC on the corner of College Green and Unity Street into their first business in Bristol, to be called Cow-Bee.
With plans to open seven days a week from 7am until 11pm, Cow-Bee will predominantly see customers eat in, but there will also be drinks and desserts to take away.

It will join a growing number of dessert parlours in Bristol, including Kaspa’s on nearby Park Street as well as Sprinkles in the Harbourside, Creams on Baldwin Street and Coco’s on Stapleton Road.
