New Japanese restaurant opens
A new restaurant whose name means ‘rainbow’ in Japanese has opened in Bristol.
Niji is located on the top floor of the Galleries shopping centre promising authentic sushi as well as hot food.
Ordering is done via a QR code, with menu items including maki, nigiri and Japanese fried chicken.

Niji has opened in what used to be Bikkle Island, who still have their original restaurant on Stapleton Road in Easton.
As well as ‘rainbow’, Niji is also the Japanese word for ‘two o’clock’.
