New naked experience returns to Bristol after three-year absence

By Betty Woolerton  Saturday Aug 20, 2022

A stripped back games night is being held following a three-year pause of naked events in Bristol.

Dine Naked Bristol are putting on ‘board games in the buff’ where attendees will be able to play dominoes, scrabble, ping pong and more  – with no clothes on.

On Sunday August 28, the event at board game bar RePlay on Cheltenham Road will be accompanied by vegetarian food provided by Hungry Meeples.

It is the brainchild of Will Bryson who has led the city’s naked bike ride in recent years.

Bryson, from Eastville, said: “Being naked in a non-sexual social setting feels great, and can benefit your mental health, body image and general self esteem.”

Food options include hotdogs, burgers, pulled jackfruit with salted caramel cheesecake or chocolate fudge cake for dessert.

He added that newcomers to nudity are welcome, as well as seasoned naturists, and guests are welcome singly, in couples, or as groups of friends.

Bryson warned that previous Dine Naked Bristol events have sold out quickly.
