New tapas and cocktail bar to open
A new Spanish tapas and cocktail bar is opening soon in premises that in recent years has been both a French and Italian restaurant.
Bomba will serve a menu including croquetas, piquillo peppers stuffed with squid and a black pudding burger, alongside a selection of both classic and modern cocktails.
It is opening on Gloucester Road in what was most recently Bomboloni and for many years Bistro La Barrique, as well as shorter-lived ventures Zazu’s Kitchen and Biblos on the Hill.
is needed now More than ever
On an advert for a chef, the Bomba team said that they will be “serving mouth watering tapas dishes and great cocktails”.
“Our goal is to serve great food and drink that has been sourced responsibly and supports local businesses as much as possible!”
