Opening date confirmed for new branch of popular pizza restaurant
A pizza restaurant that started life in the back of a Land Rover Defender is bringing its sourdough creations to North Street.
After a three-month delay, Pizzarova are almost ready to open the doors to their first bricks and mortar restaurant south of the river.
The restaurant has been kitted out using recycled wood from Bristol Wood Recycling Project and a ghost sign proudly sits above the entrance as a nod to the location’s past.

Customers will be able to enjoy handmade sourdough pizzas in the new branch from Friday.
Pizzarova prides itself on using slowly fermenting sourdough that has been fed for 69 years – making it fresh each day from water, flour and salt.
Their dishes range from a margherita (£7.95) and double chorizo and hot honey (£11.25) to a vegan njuda (£12.25).
The new branch will add to Pizzarova’s repertoire of restaurants and pop-ups on Gloucester Road, Park Street, at Wapping Wharf and Propyard.
