Pig trotters, chicken feet and duck blood on the menu at Tasty To Go

By Martin Booth  Monday Jun 6, 2022

A new Chinese restaurant and takeaway will appeal to adventurous diners with its nose to tail menu.

Tasty to Go has opened on the corner of St Augustine’s Parade and Pipe Lane close to the Bristol Beacon.

In what was previously a sandwich bar and most recently a Moroccan restaurant, Tasty to Go is aimed squarely at Bristol’s substantial Chinese population.

Featuring delicacies that are unusual to see in the UK, dishes on the menu include pig’s ears in chilli oil, spicy beef tendon, spicy duck neck, dry-fried pork intestines, pickled chilli chicken feet and duck blood vermicelli soup.

Prices range from 80p for a boiled egg to £25.80 for a whole Jinling boiled salted duck, with a few tables inside Tasty to Go if you choose not to order food to go.
