Providing some juice for Stokes Croft

By Bristol24/7  Monday Jan 27, 2020

Already well-known for their juice bar in St Nick’s Market, a popular business now has a second permanent home on Stokes Croft.

Big Juice, who have been in St Nick’s for almost 20 years and have a thriving online business, are now also based on the ground floor of Hamilton House – on the opposite side of the building from The Canteen.

The bar offers freshly-prepared juices and smoothies, intense juice therapy shots and many other natural products.

Co-owner Harri Grewal said: “Hamilton House came to us and asked us if we would consider opening a bar on the ground floor there.

“The owner had always wanted a juice bar, so we came and saw the space available and thought it would be ideal for us.”

Harri added: “It’s a fantastic location in the heart of the community, and we have lots of exciting ideas for the future. We’re delighted to be here.”

Big Juice had a short-lived tenure on Gaol Ferry Steps in Wapping Wharf, which has also seen the closure of another juice bar, The Juice Box, soon set to be replaced by the Beer Necessities shop moving the short distance from Cargo 2.
