Ramen restaurant Tonkotsu to open first Bristol branch
Bristol is set to get its first Tonkotsu restaurant more than a decade after the growing chain opened its first branch in central London.
Tonkotsu now has a dozen locations across the capital as well as in Brighton and Birmingham.
Specialising in ramen, they make their own noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch, “so you can rest assured that our heart and soul goes into every bowl”.

A license application for units 4 and 5 in Alliance House is for opening hours from Monday to Sunday, 10am to midnight.
