Red Light bartender Dee wins Imbibe award

Red Light head bartender Dee Davies has won the ‘Hot Stuff’ prize at this year’s prestigious Imbibe Personality of the Year Awards, celebrating the best of the UK drinks industry.

The awards single out and award those that have, through their talent, drive and passion, been an inspiration to others and set new highs for the industry at large.

As well as working in the speakeasy-style bar on Unity Street in the city centre, Dee is the inventor of Jinzu, a unique blend of English gin and Japanese sake made by global drinks giant Diageo.
