Sticks & Broth opens on Stokes Croft

By Bristol24/7  Thursday Jun 8, 2017

“This is a great place to have ramen or noodles,” said Casamia’s Peter Sanchez-Iglesias in our food and drink guide EatDrink24/7.

He added that he loves just popping in to Sticks & Broth, who “do a really brilliant job”.

Peter will now be able to get his ramen and noodle fix in more than one Bristol location, with Sticks & Broth opening their second restaurant on Stokes Croft following the success of their original home on Baldwin Street.

The new Stokes Croft opening can be found in what was most recently Kale & Kettle, and before that bike shop Bristol Dropouts.

Sticks & Broth’s Tokyo Express £7 lunch deal available from midday to 4pm on Monday to Friday has 10 menu options including the house ramen (pork bone broth, beef brisket, corn, spring onions, menma, rocket and soy egg), tofu ramen (veggie broth, soy, enoki mushrooms, sprouts, corn, menma, spring onions and soy egg) and a chashu pork don (with a yakitori glaze, rice and salad).

Available all day are ‘bites’ including edamame and yakitori, baos (Asian steamed buns), Japanese donburi rice and beers such as Kirin on draught.
