Stokes Croft Beer Garden promises a launch party to remember

Bristol’s new summer hangout is set to be a quarter of an acre of inner city garden in the heart of Stokes Croft.

Stokes Croft Beer Garden kicks off with a launch party on Friday, June 1 from 2pm promising sun loungers, ice cold beer, fruit cider slushies, and a barbecue and smoker.

A street food market will take place in the as-yet unannounced space every Thursday, with organisers promising some of the best food offerings Bristol has to offer in one area.

Since the launch event was posted on Facebook on Monday afternoon, people have been speculating on the Stokes Croft Beer Garden’s location.

Guesses so far include Lakota’s car park, the empty plot next to Blue Mountain and the former squat behind Westmoreland House.
