Tequila and mezcal tastings start at Cargo Cantina
Ten different types of tequilas and mezcals will be on offer when Cargo Cantina in Wapping Wharf host their first tasting evenings, with the drinks matched to different tacos.
The sessions will be led by Cargo Cantina manager Sara, who recently visited Mexico for a research trip.
She will explain how to taste the different drinks, the differences between the varieties of agave, the production process, and all the secrets she learned from artisan tequila and mezcal producers in Mexico.

As well as the tacos t0 compliment the drinks, there will be tostada tasters with the evening finishing with a dessert.
The tastings cost £35 per person and start at 7pm. Dates announced so far are:
