These are the 16 Bristol restaurants in the Michelin Guide 2021
A small Korean restaurant in Kingsdown is among the new Bristol entries in the 2021 edition of the Michelin Guide.
Bokman on Nine Tree Hill has been awarded a Michelin Plate in the prestigious guide.
“A wood-fired rotisserie oven where they cook chicken stuffed with rice takes centre stage,” says their listing. “These are joined by exquisite ramen, Korean daily specials, and homemade kombucha and soju.”
is needed now More than ever
Bokman joins the Lido, Little French, Marmo and Klosterhaus in the guide for the first time.
Michelin stars have been retained by Bulrush, Casamia and Paco Tapas, but the Bristol area now has this trio of stars due to the closure of Wilks in Redland and the Pony & Trap preparing to reopen as a bistro in Ashton.
