This is officially Bristol’s best pub

Bristol Beer Factory’s flagship pub in St Philip’s has been named as CAMRA’s Bristol & District branch pub of the year.

The Barley Mow in St Philip’s took top spot, with the Drapers Arms on Gloucester Road in second position.

The awards were given out at CAMRA’s annual beer festival at the Passenger Shed.

Among the dozens of beers on offer, the LocAle of the Festival award went to New Bristol Brewery’s Irish Cream Stout, with second place to Good Chemistry’s Extra Special (ESB).
