Om Burger co-founders Nick Makin and Rory Perriment said: “Over the years at Burger Theory we have loved getting creative with vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
“The challenge of creating flavour, taste and texture with only vegetables is lots of fun! In an ever-changing world, it has become more and more important for us to do our bit.
“We wanted to progress the business in a more ethical direction and felt that our vegetarian cuisine deserved its own home!
“We believe that great food is what will change people’s opinions about eating less meat and so our mission is to cook vegetarian food that is so good that people just keep coming back for more!
“Whether you are a veggie, hardcore vegan or just want to have a break from eating meat Om Burger welcomes you!”
