Watershed open new Undershed bar

As its name suggests, Undershed is a new bar from the team at Watershed which is located underneath their main space.

The new outside bar overlooking the Floating Harbour, featuring artwork by Lucy J Turner, sees drinks served from what was previously the Tourist Information Office.

Officially opening on Wednesday, Undershed serves hot and cold drinks as well as a menu of vegan and vegetarian bar snacks.

Watershed CEO Clare Reddington said: “We are so excited to open Undershed and welcome you to our new harbourside space.

“Having a presence downstairs is something we’ve been looking forward to for a while, and now is the perfect time to add outdoors space. We hope to see you there very soon.”
