Pop-up Pinkmans Bakery appears

Promising all the usual goodies familiar to fans of their store on Park Street, the team from Pinkmans have opened a new pop-up bakery.

Opened in collaboration with their sister business No. 25A Old Market, the pop-up is open from 9am to 3pm with possible longer opening hours if it proves a success.

“We’re very excited about our new venture which cements our partnership with our friends at @25aoldmarket,” the Pinkmans team wrote on Instagram.

The Pinkmans Bakery pop-up is now open at 324 Gloucester Road, almost opposite the Co-Op in a building that for more than a decade was a Cash Converters.
