Oowee shares recipe for its famous burgers to make at home

By Martin Booth  Monday Apr 20, 2020

People across Bristol have been missing dishes from their favourite restaurants that have been forced to closed as the UK enters its fourth week of lockdown.

All is not lost, however, with many restaurants sharing how to make some of their popular dishes online.

Bristol burger maestros Oowee Diner have cooked up a treat for their fans with a video tutorial on how to make their Big Cheese burger at home.

They are now asking those who attempt to make it to share their own videos, and also putting the question out there what Oowee burger customers would like to learn how to create next?

Oowee Diner opened on Picton Street in Montpelier in 2016 and now have one Oowee Diner on North Street in Bedminster and Oowee Vegan on Baldwin Street, with their original diner now a second Oowee Vegan.

All of their restaurants are currently closed, with founders Verity Foss and Charlie Watson still planning to open two more Oowee Vegan restaurants in London.
