New M&S Foodhall to open in Eastgate

By Aphra Evans  Tuesday Nov 29, 2016

A new M&S Foodhall will open in Eastgate Retail Park on Monday, December 12, just in time for the Christmas shop.

The 8,400 square foot store will bring 60 new jobs to the area, as well as some added seasonal convenience for local residents.

The Foodhall will be the second M&S store to open in east Bristol, after the supermarket in Longwell Green.

Store manager Lewis Tea said: “We’re really excited to be opening our new M&S Foodhall in Bristol next month.

“Christmas is our busiest times of year at M&S and it’s great to be able to offer our customers in the east of the city a convenient and easy way to pick up their festive shop.

“We’ve got an amazing variety of Christmas food on offer this year, with everything from big day essentials such as our impressive Pork & Cranberry Oakham Turkey with Maple Bacon Crown to memorable party food creations such as our new Dinky Hot & Sour Prawn Doughnuts. I can’t wait to welcome our first customers on December 12!”
