Street food at Sanctum

It’s now seven days since Sanctum began its run of 24 days of continuous performance within Temple Church. If you haven’t paid it a visit yet, go now. Especially if you can visit at night in order to experience the temporary structure at its most atmospheric.

For hungry and thirsty art and music lovers, there are two options.

Tincan Coffee Co. is parked up in a former French fire truck with flashing lights and sirens still intact, serving teas, coffees and iced lattes. You might recognise them from the first episode of this series of The Apprentice which featured two more of their trucks.

Next to them, enjoy West Indian street food with various akkras – bean fritters that are crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. They are on sale here from £3 to £4.50 as wraps, with a salad box or accompanied with a dip.
