The Coffee Trike at Redland Station
Every single part of the Coffee Trike was built by hand by Keira Cheung, former manager of the Olive Shed on Gloucester Road. The coffee machine is gas-powered and it’s even got a little sink.
You can find the tricycle at Redland station from 7.30am to midday every weekday, weather dependent.
The house blend coffee is from Costa Rica and Sumatra, roasted by Brian Wogan. The gas means that the coffee is pre-primed, which Keira says makes for a much better extraction in turn making a much tastier drink.
is needed now More than ever
Tea is from both Clipper and Pucker, and a small selection of food includes flapjacks made by Porters in Easton.
“The Coffee Trike was born from my dream to have a mobile business,” Keira says. “I wanted to put my efforts into a project of my own which would help me to feel fulfilled and free.”
