Monday: I don’t like Sundays, The Mount Without
Known for his colourful depictions of political characters, scenes and symbols, British artist Ben Turnbull exhibits his latest twelve pieces at the decadent Mount Without, exploring acts of violence that stem from religious influence.

Step into the shoes of a Victorian sailor and take the chance to discover what it was really like to be a member of the SS Great Britain’s crew by climbing the rigging to over 25 metres above ground level.

Thursday: A celebration of Bristol’s food & drink, Left Handed Giant taproom

Sunday: A Sunday Service – An Experience x Felt Soundsystem, Lost Horizon
A low-stress afternoon with the intricately crafted Felt Soundsystem, playing everything from lovers rock to UK funky. It’s a community vibe, so get yourself down there and get involved in the soundsystem loving energy.

June 21: GRÓA, Trinity Centre
GRÓA’s music is a powerful mix of art-punk, alternative post-punk, and improvisations. Their live shows are about the communal experience; giving their audience a chance to feel a shared emotional release as the room fills with passionate energy.

July 2: Black Roots, Trinity Centre
Formed in St Pauls in 1979, Black Roots were one of the pioneering reggae groups in Bristol, and played an integral role in the soundsystem culture that defined the city’s music scene at the time. Their unique brand of roots reggae drew in people seeking to find a voice that spoke out against injustice and alienation.
