21 things to do in Bristol this week, July 16-22 2018

Bristol Harbour Festival kicks off at the Lloyds Amphitheatre on Friday night with a show presented by the Colston Hall featuring Jimmy Cliff, Grandmaster  Flash and Trojan Soundsystem. It’s the precursor to a weekend of fun featuring for the first time ever this year a family-friendly fringe event at Wapping Wharf.

Other highlights this week include a piece of promenade theatre focusing on Bristol’s piratical past, a summer art fair at Estate of the Arts, a Zambian circus troupe and a summer feast at Spike Island Cafe.
