21 things to do in Bristol this week, July 9-15 2018

This week’s highlights include a dance performance at Circomedia celebrating the industrial heritage of the North East, hip-hop legends Sugarhill Gang at Trinity, a unique street food event at Finzels Reach, a collaborative printmaking exhibition featuring work from UWE Bristol graduates and Spike Print Studio members, and award-winning writer Jennifer Nansubuga Makumbi.

This week is also the culmination of the Bristol Pride Festival, with Pride Day itself taking place on Saturday. Be sure to catch Bristol24/7’s documentary, Talking LGBT+ Bristol, on the big screen in Millennium Square at 2pm and 5pm.

And don’t miss Springfest on Saturday in Brislington, when local residents group SPRING (Sandy Park Road Improvement Neighbourhood Group) host a day of fun including food and drink, arts and crafts, family entertainment and more.
