Bristol’s art trails: the busiest weekend of the year
North Bristol Artists and Totterdown's Front Room share the same weekend (Nov 24-25) this year
The Cary Grant Comes Home festival returns for its biennial visit to the home city of the Hollywood legend this week. Other highlights over the next seven days include a one-off performance by The Pineapple Orchestra at the Colston Hall, The Mountaintop at Bristol Old Vic’s new Weston Studio, and two arts trails: the Front Room Arts Trail in Totterdown and the North Bristol Arts Trail, which also coincides with the launch of new bar Alchemy 198 on Gloucester Road.
And on Sunday, We The Curious is hosting Black Girl Convention, the South West’s biggest event dedicated to women and girls of African and Caribbean heritage.
This week is also the first full week of the ice rink on Millennium Square, which this year is accompanied but not one but two bars – including one within a helter skelter.
