March 21st: Chasing Daydreams: Colin Thomas, The Cube – Colin Thomas makes beautiful one of the things we all share in common with each other – going to work.

March 22nd: DITZ, The Louisiana – Colourful, angry, shouty rock. What’s not to love? If you’re a fan of bands like slaves/idles, this ones a recommendation.

March 23rd: A Stoic Philosopher’s Guide To Happiness, The Hen & Chicken – Hear how one of the oldest of the ancient philosophies, and the driving force behind CBT and mindfulness, can have a massive positive impact on your day to day life.
