Bruce Lee breaks out the whupass in one of the most popular kung fu movies ever made
There’s plenty to be proud of when it comes to Bristol Pride, and while events for Pride Month continue throughout July, the most visible part of the celebrations will take place on Saturday. A parade through the streets of the city centre will finish up in Millennium Square, with music, dancing, an children’s area and much more. It’s the biggest free Pride celebration in the country.
While you’re there, hang out in Millennium Square at 2pm and 5pm to catch our film, Talking LGBT+ Bristol, on the Big Screen. More than a year in the making, we’re incredibly proud of this documentary about LGBT+ life, love and struggle.
Elsewhere this weekend, hip-hop godfathers Sugarhill Gang will play live at Trinity, Bristol Festival of Children’s Literature invites authors and illustrators including Amy Wilson and Emma Randall to the city, and Lost & Grounded brewery put on another of their excellent Summer Brewhouse Sessions at their brewery in St Anne’s.
