Volunteers needed for LGBTQ+ campaign film
LGBTQ+ anti-violence charity Galop is coming to Bristol, and they need the queer community’s help.
Fighting against discrimination in the LGBTQ+ community, the charity is looking for volunteers to take part in two video campaigns to support their cause, both being filmed at the Floating Harbour, with support from If Not Now Digital.

Filming will take place at the Floating Harbour
The first film will get participants meeting each other for the first time back-to-back and blindfolded. Participants will be given questions to get to know each other to develop deeper connections than taking someone at face value.
is needed now More than ever
The second film will get participants to stand against prejudices within the LGBTQ+ communities by addressing historic newspaper clippings, tackling issues including transphobia, misogyny and racism.
Participants are needed for just over an hour and filming will take place on Saturday, May 4 and Saturday, May 11.
Members of Bristol’s LGBTQ+ scene that want to take part will be rewarded with £50 in gift vouchers, and can get involved by emailing info@ifnotnowdigital.co.uk.
