A New Office, a New Home for the Catalyst Family

By Bristol24/7  Friday May 12, 2023

At 3pm on Thursday, Catalyst Care Group colleagues were surprised and excited to see their brand-new office venture become a reality, and it did not disappoint. This had taken a long time in the making for the team, and they felt privileged to see such a well-structured, and well executed plan, become a reality. Every room has a seamless sophistication, and among the gasps the word love seemed to rebound off the walls. Indeed, there is lovely a large kitchen, with state-of-the-art technology and two floors of breath-taking seating, lighting, and storage space.

Catalyst Care Group Director, Trevor gave a speech, along with senior staff who were praised for their dedication, and awarded with gifts, for the special differences they had made in their time at Catalyst. He also congratulated his wonderful family, for their unconditional, wholehearted, love and support. He explained that the business started in a garage with one employee, and how intensely he struggled to make a company with values for the team, and the people benefiting from his services. The superb growth of the company in providing care is now stretching over England, Macedonia, Dubai, and the US is now on the horizon.

The DJ was filled with enthusiasm, and the dance floor for was alive with party spirit. Lots of giggles filled the room, and when people smiled, they meant it. Catalyst balloons were flying from the ground, and it was pizza, cupcake, and drinks galore. Everyone looked on to check each other were okay, and the addition of several Mummies bringing their beautiful babies, and children along to the office was excellent to see. Trevor makes sure that children are included in the work/life balance, by letting parents select their hours, and allowing them to bring children to meet the rest of the team.

Catalyst Care Group keep people out of institutions and promote independent living with an ethos of person-centred care. It allows people to thrive without being detained, and promotes the human right that autistic people, people with disabilities and people with enduring mental health difficulties can be supported and treated in the comfort of their own homes, and communities.
