As you may have heard, the #BearsAreBack! Bear Wood at the Wild Place Project opens this Summer! With the school holidays fast approaching, at ELM (Legal Services) the team understand that this is a precious time for families to be together and make some memories!
This year ELM have had the pleasure of sponsoring their very own life-size ELM ‘Business Bear’ as part of the incredible fundraising campaign for Wild Place Project’s exciting new 7.5 acre exhibit (the first of its type in the UK!). You and the family can explore the site and locate all the beautifully hand painted bears on their bear trail. The exciting new project includes not only bears, but also wolves, lynxes and wolverines (amongst others!). The aim of the project is to raise awareness of Britain’s ancient woodland, its history, and help children learn about the importance of conservation and how vital it is to protect the things around us that matter.
As sponsors of the Wild Place, ELM would like to help you enjoy a fun day out with your little ones. This summer they are running a competition in conjunction with Bristol24/7 for a family of four to win free Annual Passes to the Wild Place. Whilst you are there, check out all the incredible work they do there (and say hello to the ELM bear!).
